Character Analysis: Anne Frank

The character I will be choosing for the play Anne Frank is Anne Frank. Anne Frank is the main character of the play. Anne is Mr. Frank and Mrs. Frank daughter Anne is very out spoken in other words she doesn’t think before she talks. Anne Frank also went into hiding, Anne is a very out going person she talks like if she is a grown up, Anne likes to write in her journal in that journal she writes about how her life is in the attic, she also loves to mess around with people, and she also loves to make fun of people. “I certainly hope so, since he’s the only boy I’m likely to see for months and months” said Anne. That line means a lot in the story because that says that Anne likes to have boyfriends and like she doesn’t want to be single. I think is important, because further in the play if they get together they will get to know each other so good, also because that mean that she knows she is going to be there for a while.
Anne Frank relationships in the story are ok her relationship with Peter is good, she has a crush in him but she does not want to tell him. She loves to mess around with him like she tells him how stupid he is, because he takes care of his cat so much and he pays so much attention to his cat. Anne likes him but she says she wants him to grow up that he is too much of a little kid. Peter and Anne like to play fight and Anne starts to play fight then when Peter takes it to far she gets mad. Which means that she like to play around, but when they mess with her she gets mad. Her relationship with her mom is ok but she kind of shows less respect to her mom than to her dad, she shows good manners and respect to her dad but to her mom she talks to her like if she’s talking to a friend. Mr. Van Daan he says that Anne is annoying and that she does not care, Anne’s relationship with him is not good, because according to Mr. Van Daan she gets on his nerves.
